Using the Character Creator
- Share or move a character: Click "Copy URL". Send it or open it on another device to import. If a character with the same name exists, it will be overwritten — use Undo to revert.
- Where your characters live: Saved in your browser (Local Storage). Clearing cache, private mode, or switching browsers/devices can remove them. Back up important characters by saving their URL somewhere safe.
- Bookmarks: Bookmarking a character URL saves a snapshot. If you later change the character and then open that bookmark, it will restore the bookmarked state. Use Undo to get back, or update the bookmark after changes.
- Undo/Redo: Buttons at top-right. Shortcuts: Ctrl+Z (Undo) and Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y (Redo).
- Character Builder: A guided setup for level 1 and a quick tour of the page’s features. You can open it anytime.
- Edits vs defaults: Some fields auto-fill from your choices. If you change them, use the ↺ button to reset back to defaults.
